Cosmopolitan

Bartender Neal Murray says he created the cosmopolitan in 1975 at the cork n cleaver steak house in Minneapolis. According to Murray, he added a splash of cranberry juice to a kamikaze and the first taster declared, how cosmopolitan. Daiquri

The drink was supposedly invented by an American mining engineer, named Jennings Cox, who was in Cuba at the time of the Spanish American War. It is also possible that William A. Chanler, a US congressman who purchased the Santiago iron mines in 1902, introduced the daiquiri to clubs in New York in that year.

Manhattan

By one account it was invented in the 1860s by a bartender named Black at a bar on Broadway near Houston Street. The original Manhattan cocktail was a mix of American Whiskey, Italian Vermouth, and Angostura bitters. During Prohibition 1920_1933 Canadian whisky was primarily used because it was available.

Margarita

One of the earliest stories is of the margarita being invented in 1938 by Carlos Danny Herrera at his restaurant Rancho La Gloria, halfway between Tijuana and Rosarito, Baja California, created for customer and former Ziegfeld dancer Marjorie King, who was allergic to many spirits, but not to tequila.

Martini

No one knows exactly the origin of the martini another account holds that Italian immigrant bartender Martini di Arma di Taggia invented the drink at the Knickerbocker Hotel in New York City before World War I. His recipe contained dry gin and dry vermouth, in equal parts, and orange bitters.

Mojito

A moon shine rumtype alcohol was mixed with mint, lime, and sugar cane syrup to ward off illness. When pirates invaded Cuba, the drink was introduced to Pirate Drake where he promptly used rum in place of the Cuban moonshine. The drink took on the name El Draque, until it became the Mojito.

Old Fashioned

James E. Pepper, bartender and esteemed bourbon aristocrat, was said to have invented the drink in Louisville, before he brought the recipe to the WaldorfAstoria Hotel bar in New York City. This is supposedly where the oldfashioned was born.

White Russian

The drink was conceived in 1949 when Gustave Tops, a Belgian barman, created the cocktail, along with its sister cocktail, the black Russian _ a White Russian without any cream _ at the Hotel Metropole in Brussels in honor of Perle Mesta, then U.S. ambassador to Luxembourg.

Sunshine Superman

Sunshine Superman is here to quench your thirst! This refreshing Session IPA pours a wonderful pale straw color with a bright white head. The aroma and flavor is best described as a citrus bomb! Lemon and lime characteristics are prominent with tangerine notes on the backend. The beer has a light to medium body and finishes dry. At 4.5ABV and just 20IBUs, Sunshine Superman is perfect for those who love the flavour of hops while still enjoying a couple poolside under the Texas sun. Cheers! IPA Session 4.5 ABV 20 IBU

Smoldering Fire

This Polish style beer is brewed with 100 oaksmoked wheat malt Grodzieski is seeing a modern comeback after nearly going extinct. Pours straw yellow with a pillowy white head. Aroma is restrained oak smoke, with faint floral notes from Polishgrown Marina hops. Light cracker flavor gives way to more smoke. The mouthfeel is remarkably full and silky for the ABV.

Bolt Thrower

Pale gold with a white head. The pillowy mouthfeel belies the nearly 9 abv. Aromas of green mango, pineapple, tangerine and candied lemon.

Summer Moon

A contemporary take on the classic style, this Italian Pilsner is krausened and dry hopped with a blend of Old World New School Hops. Traditional lagered, this birra is supersmooth, with floral and citrusy hops on the nose. The flavor starts light and sweet with more floral and spicy hops on the palate followed by a crispy bitter finish and a lingering hop finish reminiscent of orange marmalade.

Windmills Gold

Crisp with a slightly sweet finish balanced by a restrained hop backbone. This oldschool lager is brewed especially for the summer with everyone in mind.

Sonidero

This refreshing summer lager pours a brilliant copper hue with an offwhite head. Clean, light aromas of herbal hops, honeyed toast and honey. Lightly sweet on the palate, aromas carry through to the taste with a hint of caramel and toasted corn. Finishes crisp and clean with just a hint of hop bitterness. Overall, an easydrinking amber lager with light to medium body.

Blonde On Blonde

Our take on a classic light beer will quench your thirst and leave you ready for another. Very light in body, this beer presents pale yellow with a white head. The light honeyed breadiness of the malt is balanced with just the kiss of hops, showing a light lemon aroma. Pairs well with just about anything from Kerala Beef Fry to a light salad

HighFi Series PTG

Fruited sours span effervescent American ales blended with heritage peaches, sour lagers punctuated by black currants, and blended blonde ales aged in wine barrels with berries and stone fruits.

Black Jazz

Black Jazz is our newest Stout to hit the lineup! This brew is jet black in appearance with a creamy tan head and boasts a beautiful bouquet of roasted pecans and dark cacao. These flavours come though on the palate accompanied with sweet caramel and smooth chocolate finish. Black Jazz is fullbodied at 7.9 ABV and 20IBU. Cheers!

Power Chord Pilsner

A Germanstyle pilsner, brewed with floormalted barley grown in the Czech Republic. Pale blonde with a white head, this crisp lager presents a lightly bready nose with some floral notes. Mouthfeel is very light, with a crisp hop finish. The malt aroma continues on the palate with bread and light honey notes, complemented by floral, spicy hops. Bitterness is medium but very clean. Finishes dry and clean, perfect with any cuisine.

Origami Harvest

Bavarianstyle unfiltered wheat beer, brewed with German malts, hops and yeast. Pours a cloudy golden with rich white head. Aromas of clove, banana and wheat predominate, giving the impression of freshbaked, spiced banana bread . Mouth feel is very creamy, with a smooth, lingering finish. Flavors of baking spices, banana, bread and light citrus make for a satisfying quaff rich, but not heavy.

Tropical Saison

A crushable Saison combined with mango, passionfruit, and pineapple. Light orange in color with a white head. Aroma is full of fruit, especially mango. The taste is lightly tart from the passionfruit with plenty of sweetness from the mango and pineapple to balance it out. Saison yeast provides a spicyfruity counterpoint to the fruit. A great apertif or a companion for spicy fare, dont be fooled by the fruit this beer packs a punch

LoFi Series Base Sour

Our Lofi Sour is a beautiful kettle soured ale packed with refreshing flavors and tartness. It pours a golden color with a bright white head. The aroma is a fresh citrus character that carries through on the palate with a nice effervescent bite. Finishes dry and tart, Lofi is the perfect summertime beer enjoyed by all!

Mythical Serpents

Pours a lightlyhazy copper with an offwhite head. Orange and tropical fruits predominate on the nose with berry notes in the background. The flavor is more of the same, with more berry, light pepper, honey, and vanilla. The finish is a balance of bitter and sweet, with some warming alcohol on the backend. This is a huge beer, bursting with hoppy goodness.

Flying Whales

We are excited to bring Flying Whales to our tap lineup. This is our new IPA coming in at 6.9 ABV and 60IBUs. It pours a slight hazy orange colour. Where this beer shines is the hop characteristic. Five varieties were used in six different stages throughout the brewing process, giving the beer its vibrant, juicy flavour and aroma.rnNotes of orange and strawberry hit the palate first and finish with a clean bitterness similar to fresh grapefruit juice. This is a musttry for anyone who appreciates what hops can bring to the table. Cheers!
