Amazing food and ambience this not only is a beautiful restaurant its also a world class music venue. And brewery.!! I tried the flight of beer and absolutely loved them all! I highly recommend this place for lunch,dinner or any large parties they have a few great spaces available!

Excellent atmosphere in a very eclectic brewery. The inside looks like a contemporary library and is very chill and welcoming. There is a large stage for concerts which looks like it would be a lot of fun. The beer was great. Had a couple of the Belgian type offerings and both were solid. Interesting they went well with the Indian fusion food. Had the lamb kabobs and scallops and both were great. The staff was super friendly and engaging. Sat at the bar and chatted with the bartender, who was friendly. The wait staff that came to the bar were friendly as well. Highly recommend, this is a unique experience.

Came here to try this place out. I am giving it 4 stars due to their happy hour, as I do think their main food is not really worth the price. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - This is a beautiful looking restaurant, especially in the inside. It feels quite, quite fancy. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly and attentive. Food/Drink - Ordered the following: Beef Sliders - 5/5 - Great sweet pepper aioli on them. Recommend. Crumb-Fried Pork Belly - 4/5 - Really good, but such a small portion. Beer Batter Cauliflower - 5/5 - I love fried cauliflower, and this doesn't disappoint. Sweet and Spicy Pork Belly - 4/5 - Tender, but flavor was just okay. Chicken & Waffles - 5/5 - I am a sucker for Chicken and Waffles. Overall, I think the place was pretty good, but would only really come here for brunch and happy hour. More than likely, I will be back.

Fantastic ambience and setup -- we saw a private event happening on the top floor but barely noticed. Great place for that. Lots of local beers on tap and a menu with pictures of each item. The food and service were good, but admittedly overpriced. The tandoori chicken was a bit dry; the star of that dish was actually the lentil dahl. I need the recipe for that, stat. Lovely place for a romantic night out, just be aware of the high prices.

Amazing restaurant that fulfils the need to showcase elevated Indian cuisine at its finest! The ambiance is extremely well decorated, modern, architectural and stylish. They thought carefully of how the ambiance should be from the wooden twist tables and consoles, to the frameless entry of the restrooms to the artistic book corner. Now for the real reason we come here.. to eat! As mentioned the cuisine is elevated fine dining of Indian food. Windmills seems to have put into perspective, fighting off notion that Indian food CAN be made in a tasteful, high end and innovative with their explosion of flavour. This isn't your mom and pop Indian restaurant (although it's good), this is somewhere you can go for a celebration, fun birthdays-- an experience! The menu is presented on a tablet and I ordered the lamb kulcha (naan bread stuffed with minced lamb), braised pork salad, guava chicken, kerala beef fry, and finish off with rose berry mocktail. I highly recommend all the dishes as they are flavourful with all sorts of textures! I can't say I prefer one more to the other because everything was delicious!

My husband and I recently stopped in the Windmills for a drinks on a Friday afternoon. This is an absolutely gorgeous restaurant. The layout is bright and clean with stunning aesthetics. They brew their beer on site, and have a wide variety for every palette. And their sampler is only $10 to try 5! We had amazing service from Ella who was super friendly and informative. We will definitely be back sometime soon to try the food menu! Thank you again, Ella! :)

Modern bar with Indian fusion flavors. Live music scene with plenty of seating outside and inside. Seats were comfortable too and food was great. Menu choices were more for drinks and something different to snack on besides basic bar food. It's not meant for traditional Indian dinners. Service was great and manager came by to check which was nice.

The Ambiance and the service is tooo good We went on Valentine's Day and they had a special menu on that day so check that out before going they might have something special on that day The food is so good try out the drinks and food especially shrimp and chicken related dishes

I really liked this place. So I am huge fan of their branch in Bengaluru, India. I had no idea they had branches here in the US as well. I was introduced to this place via my friends who are local residents of Dallas. They frequent here and love the food. Since I had heard so much about this place. We had to go check it out. Parking was a breeze, they have. Huge parking deck right upfront. We had a reservation and we arrived 10mins late, however they didn't seem to have an issue with that. They have outdoor seating facing a water body which is beautiful but because we visited in Jan it was too cold to sit outside. Hence we choose to sit indoors. We ordered the cocktails, I got the spicy route and my husband got a Smoking barrel, our friends also got the chai old fashion and the hakka. All the cocktails were fabulous, but I liked mine the best. It was definitely spicy and chilli forward so it isn't for the faint hearted. Everyone liked theirs the best, I guess they cater to all pallates. We got the guava chicken, chole bature, cheese curds, mushroom naan, the tandoori chicken, salmon avocado toast and daal. Everything was fabulous. Very authentic and well done. I love the fusion flavors and the chicken was tender, cooked to perfection. The daal was creamy and decadent. My avocado toast was Indian-ized almost and tasted incredible. For dessert we got the flourless chocolate cake, it absolutely slayed. We also got the carrot halwa cake which tasted more like a carrot walnut cake tbh. Overall, 10/10. I loved this place and I am coming back when I revisit Dallas.
